Rates and availability can be checked here on our website. Please call 512-237-4262 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for current rates. All rates are based on double occupancy.
PoliciesCheck-in time is from 2PM. Check-out by noon. If you are arriving after 9PM, please call ahead for check-in arrangements.
A credit card is needed to hold your reservation and collect a one night deposit. We do not run the card for the balance of your charges until you arrive.
For the balance of your charges, personal checks, cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card are all accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel, you must notify us at least 72 hours before arrival date. We will refund your deposit less a processing fee of $5. If less than 72 hours before arrival we will try to re-book the room. If we are unable to book the room, you will be charged for the first night plus taxes . When cancelling, be sure to receive a cancellation confirmation. We are sorry, but cancellations can not be done by email or on our answering machine. You must call us at 512-237-4262 and we will need to give you a cancellation confirmation.
The Katy House is a non-smoking Inn. Guests may smoke on the outside porches or in the yards only. There is no smoking on the porch outside the Texas Special. Violators of our smoking policy will be subject to a $200 cleaning fee.
Children or pets can be accommodated with prior arrangements in certain rooms.
